Have you tried contacting the company or the division that handles their commercial sales. They might be able to tell you if any casino/hotels in LV have them. Then all you would need is one or two phone calls to the hotels to confirm they still have them and make a reservation.
If you purchased yours through a retail store maybe the salesman can earn the last dollar of the commission from his sales to you by getting some of that information for you.
Good Luck
In the late ninties and right after 2000 a few hotels tried using memory foam mattresses, but you need 3+ nights to get used to them, so for the average guest it was a miserable experience.
Most Hotels now use a pillow top instead.
Since memory foam is not for everyone, mattress stores get returns . . inquire about renting one of those for a few nights. Their delivery/pickup charge would probably be cheaper than a Las Vegas hotel room.
